I'm also a newbie. My modkore does not work anymore so I'm taking my chances here ^.^
 
Hope there is someone willing to send to my email the openkore bot program [luvyahred@yahoo.com], and the config also [for vit merchant], especially with the IP numbers, server numbers...et cetera...

You should download the lastest openkore in http://openkore.sourceforge.net/downloads.php
Then just run it. Type your username, password. Choose Philippines - pRO: Loki/Sarah is server. Then choose Loki is sub server. After that you should connect able. Quit openkore, reconfig your bot. it should work

does anybody know how to use the gui interface for the openkore bot? you know, like the modkore console wherein you can enter commands and stuff...

does this bot even have that interface? i downloaded the program and it ran in my pc fine, except that i felt it unmanageable...if you get what i mean. i compared it to my modkore files, and there is this 'option.txt' file in modkore which is not found in openkore.
