If you're company blocks your internet connection then maybe this tip would help. Because I have tried it and I succeed. Actually I'm at work while posting this.../gg....
Based from American Company:
1.Usually they have their own proxy server. Which is known to all employees but sad to say its limited.. 2.Network Administrator especially if a Filipino is lazy and underestimates us employees.../gg..wrong move
Here's what you will do(Assuming you know the company's proxy server):
1.Open Internet Explorer. 2.Click TOOLS TAb and select INTERNET OPTIONS. 3.AT the CONNECTIONS tab select LAN settings. 4.Check Proxy server. 5.Enter the company's proxy server IP address. 6.Enter 8080 at the Port field.
Common mistake from LAzy/Who cares?/Undergrad/Bobo Network Administrators
1.They forgot to block port 8080.Lazy for them.Good for us../gg

ahh, im guessing you have a non-admin account in xp
try this - it sounds dumb when im saying this to scripting pros, but you wont believe how dumb network admins can be
on the log-in screen, press ctrl-alt-del hard like a coupla times
you will be taken to the old style login screen, where u gotta type in both the login name and passwd
put "Administrator" as the login, and blank passwd, and voila! ur in!
this works coz "Administrator" is a default admin account in xp, AFAIK you can't disable it, and if the admin chooses some other name for login and dosn't set the Administrator account passwd, you can waltz in..
i've tried this in many places, and it works like a charm

There are better ways. I'll let you figure it out on your own since you like "hacking".

another idea is bringing in a memory key containing something like mozilla firefox , should do the trick as you can set your own restrictions, aka none at all lol.

Hey... yea if you get on a real network and are expecting these things to get you in you are sadly mistaken. A USB key is actually a viable option until I disable your USB access. You may get a LiveCD or other things, but where there's a will there's pretty much a way.
