I did this out of necessity. It's very basic, and anyone with enough WPE knowledge should know how to do this. However, most don't have any knowledge about WPE, so here's a guide.
It's about making WPE send packets so that your character can deposit / withdraw zeny from Maniss, the Banker.
1. WPE ( XP Version please.... )

1. Make sure you are in a place where there are very few people.
- For example, if the Banker is just below the Fountain Of Prontera, it's sure that there are lots of people there. So, you go to the right side or whatever, as long as there are very few people.
- I suggest you do something like this. Since the bank is in the center, most NPCs will be there and there will be lots of people. It's better to have a good distance from it.
You : Green
NPC : blue
2. Make sure you have already removed GameGuard ( Most pServer clients has this function by default. )
- To know if your client doesn't have GameGuard anymore, check on startup if there's a logo depicting a dancer. If the logo does not appear, that means you do not have Gameguard, which is a good thing!
- To remove gameguard, search around the forums. ( WARNING : pRO hexes are a bit different from kRO hexes!!! )
3. Maximum security is required. Some servers may know if your'e using WPE. Better make sure!!!
4. Turn of your anti-virus and firewall for the moment. Firewalls may interfere and anti-viruses think WPE is a virus.
1. You can use this, but if your'e too lazy ( I'm sure, or else you wouldn't even be keen on reading this. ) this is optional

2. ALT+TAB to your Desktop.
3. Turn on WPE, press the target program button, the one that looks like a chip ( select your client name ) and press the Play button like in your stereo.
4. Go back to RO
5. Deposit / Withdraw your desired money. 10M is the max, if you don't know already.
6. Go back to WPE, then press the Stop button like in your stereo real fast!!
7. Shortly after that, a window will appear inside the program
8. There are two types of
packets, Sent and Received packets. So, if you see the NPC Dialog, you'll see a RECV, because you received that from the server. You'll see a small string of lines before that packet. For every received packet, there is always a sent packet. It works basically like the keyboard to the monitor. So, right click every send packet you see just right before a received LONG packet. Some packets may be inserted, but if it doesnt contain the NPC Dialog, that would be a GM announcement, a person walking....blah
9. After you right-clicked them, click add to send list
10. You'll see two little tabs at the bottom. Go to the " Send " tab
11. Check all the checkboxes there
12. Click the play button like in your stereo within that tab-window
13. At whatever interval you would like, input an integer. It's best to put it at 1 Second ( 60 Miliseconds )
14. Click open socket, to make sure the destination is correct
15. Click the play button again.
16. Go back to RO
17. Look at your character deposit those golden zennies, w/o effort.
18. Laugh triumphantly and watch your character look like a slave again.
This is especially useful in terms of 1 Billion Zennies. While this could be an incredible amount, it is very common to botters anyway, and especially in high-rate servers, where Yggdrassil berries rule
