Run While Recovering Stamina

Make a filter like this-

SEARCH : 10 00 04 01 01

MODIFY :   +004
                    00

Now whenever u run, u will gain Stamina as if u were walking.

It's good when you're running away from angry mobs of other race.

But when it comes to level up your force skill "Recovery", isn't good thing to do.

I tried to stop my stamina from recovering but no luck. I want to spam my recovery force skill to levelup fast.

could u elaborate it? what will i put to modify? What do u mean by +004 ? It doesn't have a second line so where will I put 00?
