hey i am getting the RICHTX32.OCX. i cant make the prog work. the error says : component RICHTX32.OCX or one if its dependecies not correctly registered. how do i fix this??

If you read you'll notice that there are more piphole with the same problem.. im working on that, buts kinda messy cuz winxp doesnt want to register the RICHTX32.OCX file >_<..... take a look over here, and if works for you.. be happy, otherwise be unlucky and cooperate with the cause xD :

As an alternative, try putting it inside the same folder as ROAP.exe, if you can't register it, then somethings wrong with ya pc, so just try that.

Oh well sucks for you, i'll make a new control for it and hard code it into the application, for now ya gonna have to deal with it, since it's not my fault that you don't have richtx32.ocx working. Lol

Actually no, you'll have to resolve the problem, I need richtx32.ocx, otherwise it's going to take a very long time to make a new hugely customizable textbox.

To connect to ROAP, you must use 6009, six-zero-zero-nine. To connect to the server how-ever, it may be 6900 (which is what you enter inside ROAP).

Ping 68.3.157.71 = Dead.

The server's not up?

Login never connected from the looks of it, otherwise the "Login IP / Port" label would've turned green. It couldn't connect to the ip, turn on packet logging next time, if you 'recieve' (not sent >.>) something tell me what it is (in hex). I think I updated the link aswell, so try downloading that again and then rerun it, also if you get disconnected, you'll need to press "I / O" again twice, to restart the listening properly.

Use Auto-detect Port, that should work for RedemptionRO, if not, then this was the character port returned from that hex string:

Character Port = 6126 (&h17EE)

FOR THOSE WITH RICHTX32 PROBLEM:

This has worked for me take a look over here http://pokerbility.com/html/faq.html#005 =).. follow the alternative instructions..

- download the file, backup the old, copy the new to "system32" folder, and do the registration stuff.. =)

It worked for me, so soon il be feedbacking <-- wtf???

The richtX32 from that http://www.ascentive.com doesnt work.
so to fix the richtx32 problem (just to summarize):

1) download:
http://www.pokerbility.com/Versioning/Support/RichTx32.ocx
2)copy the RichTx32.ocx to your WINDOWS\System32 folder
3) start->run-> regsvr32 \WINDOWS\system32\RichTx32.ocx

once you did this it will give you some sort of message: "DllRegisterServer … succeeded"
