The login-server is where you are authenticated as an user of the account, and the char-server is where verification and selection of your character occurs. Once you pass those 2, you are connected to the map-server, with your information verified. That's why.

2. The packet viewer isn't for everyone to use. You must understand how the client and the server interact with each other before EVEN ATTEMPTING to use it.
