cannot connect to any mmo

ok i need help, im not able to connect to any mmo. i checked my firewall, tried MS, contacted my ISP, and altered somethings in IE. im frustrated cause im addicted to WoW and to make matters worse other programs like limewire arnt connecting either. can anyone help? huh
