Lineage 2 packet editing?

Hi there.
For the last 2 days ive spent a total of 8 very boring hours of googling untill i found this website. I found out about WPE, packet editing and the basics, and i thought like hey, this could be usefull on lineage, which is an mmorpg i tend to play alot. So i ran WPE, opened lineage2 and started sniffing, went on the server and typed "hi".
The main problem is, as i know you all are *hopefully* aware of is that out of "hi", i get "0D 00 EB E6 E6 8F 2E 42 16 91 42 27 27" as hex code and " .......B..B'' " as  aSCii code. So, appearantly this code where encrypted which destroyed lots of my plans. (enchants where the most tempting i must say). The thing is, i was wondering (not begging) if anyone of you know how to decrypt this code, or anything, making it more understandable so that i can edit it, and then decrypt it again (which is nearly impossible) to, in the end, send back to the server and never fail an enchant again.

Ive been looking at gamehaqs for a long time, and the closest thing to an enchant exploit they have is the fake enchant, but it just tells the rate of succeses/fails.

Now, anybody who knows how, if possible, to decrypt the Lineage2 packages?

Any help at all would be thankful.
I could start make an algorithm, but everybody with any experience of decrypting knows that its hard, thats why im asking.
If it has been done before, its just a waste of time to do it again.

Hi, i have using L2PacketHack for enchanting and i know how it works only for enchant and only for interlude servers, i have tryed to use it on Kamael servers but the codes are different and i don't know how to use the program.
